At Osi & Yoss Music we take care of your information. This policy explains what data we collect when you use osiyossmusic.com, what we use it for, who we share it with and what you can do about it.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Osi & Yoss Music, a music project led by Joynner Simanca and Hosanna Aldana, based in Venezuela. For any matter related to your privacy, write to contacto@osiyossmusic.com.

2. What information we collect

Account data: name, username, email address and password, which is stored encrypted.
Sign-in with Google or Facebook: if you choose this option, we receive your name, email address, profile picture and an identifier for that account. We never receive your password.
Purchase data: first name, last name, country, email address, products purchased and order status. If you pay by Pago Móvil, also the transaction reference and amount.
Payment data: card and PayPal payments are processed by PayPal, and cryptocurrency payments by our payment provider. We never see or store your card numbers or wallet keys.
Files and messages: what you send us for a music service, through the contact form, by email or by WhatsApp.
Community activity: your profile, posts, comments and the spaces you join.
Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and the cookies described below.

3. How we use your information

To create and manage your account and give you access to what you purchased.
To process and verify payments, activate memberships and send you receipts.
To schedule your live classes and one-to-one sessions.
To carry out the music services you order.
To answer your messages and provide support.
To send you important notices, such as your plan’s expiration or changes to these documents.
To keep the site secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve how it works.

We use your data because it is necessary to provide the service you requested, because you give us your consent, to comply with legal obligations, or because of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and working well.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your data. We only share it, as far as necessary, with providers that help us operate:

Our web hosting provider, where the site’s information is stored.
PayPal and our cryptocurrency payment provider, to process your payments.
Your bank and ours, when you pay by Pago Móvil, to confirm the transaction.
Google and Facebook, if you choose to sign in with them.
Cloudflare, which protects our forms against automated spam.
YouTube, when you watch a video embedded on the site.

We may also share information when required by law or to protect our rights and those of other users.

5. Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work: keeping you signed in, remembering your cart, saving your language and protecting forms. Some embedded services, such as YouTube or the payment buttons, may use their own cookies. You can delete or block cookies in your browser, although some features of the site may stop working.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your account data while your account is active. Purchase and payment data are kept for as long as accounting and legal obligations require. Files for music services are kept for the duration of the order and a reasonable time afterwards, in case you need a copy. When we no longer need the data, we delete or anonymize it.

7. Security

The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), passwords are stored encrypted, and we limit access to your information to the people who need it to serve you. No system is infallible, but we work to protect your data and will notify you if an incident affects you.

8. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

Access the data we hold about you.
Correct data that is incomplete or out of date.
Delete your account and your data, except what we must keep by law.
Object to or restrict certain uses, and withdraw your consent.
Receive a copy of your data in a commonly used format.

You can change much of your data yourself from your profile. For anything else, write to contacto@osiyossmusic.com and we will reply as soon as possible. If you live in a region with specific data protection laws, such as the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation or the California Consumer Privacy Act, you also have the rights those laws grant you.

9. Minors

If you are a minor, you need permission from your parent or guardian to create an account and make purchases on the site. If we learn that we have collected data from a minor without that permission, we will delete it.

10. Our apps

Our mobile apps, such as Fonscan and Diescore, have their own privacy policies, available in each app and on its store listing.

11. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date. If the change is significant, we will notify you by email or on the site.
